Parking

The Falcon has free parking lots available, but spaces are limited so arrive early. Please read all signs before parking. If you are parked in one of our lots and visit one of the neighborhood establishments after the show, please take your car with you. More information is available on Directions & Parking

Accessible seating is limited, so please call the box office to reserve accessible seating.

Animals

Only service animals are allowed in the facility.

Arrival

Our lobby opens one hour prior to curtain time, and entry to the theatre seating begins 15 minutes before curtain.

Assisted Listening Devices

A limited number of assisted listening devices are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, free of charge. Ask for assistance at the concession stand upon arrival.

Cell Phones & Social Network Devices

We ask that all cell phones and social network devices be shut off before you enter the theatre. Please do not use them at any time during the performance.

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code, and we encourage you to be comfortable. As our air conditioning cycles on during the show, some patrons find it a little chilly for a few minutes. Shirts and shoes are required at all times. In addition, we discourage the use of strong perfumes and colognes.

Food & Drink

No food or drink are allowed in the theatre except bottled water. Snacks and drinks may be purchased at our concession counter in the lobby. We do not serve alcohol. Please unwrap any cough drops prior to the show. If you visit any of the neighborhood establishments after the show, please take your car with you.

Late Seating

It may not be possible to seat you in your assigned location after the performance has begun. A monitor in the lobby is available for latecomers. We will seat you during an appropriate pause in the production.

Photography & Recording

There is no photography or recording allowed in the theatre. Photos are allowed in our lobby, and we encourage you to post on social media.

Quality Experience

The Falcon Theatre is committed to providing a quality experience for you and your guests. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify the House Manager at intermission and we will work to provide you with an experience at the theatre we know you will enjoy.

Smoking

In Burbank, smoking is only allowed 20 feet away from doors and windows of a business. Please observe our smoking area designated with ashtrays.

Miscellaneous

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, and disruptive patrons will not be allowed to stay in the theatre. Management may make any alteration in the cast which may be rendered necessary by illness or other unavoidable causes.
