2016 Summer
"Improv artists don't get any more brilliant than those of Impro Theatre." – Stage Scene LA
About the Show
Impro Theatre
Directed by Brian Lohmann
Opening Night is June 17 at 8pm.
Friday at 8pm; Saturday at 4pm & 8pm; Sunday at 4pm
Passionate, smoldering secrets lurk beneath the surface of genteel society – and explode in a comical climax of accusation, confession and calamity. Inspired by American master playwright Tennessee Williams' rollicking storytelling and delicious language, Impro Theatre starts with a single audience suggestion and builds improvised, full-length plays that are hilarious, yet tender as a Southern belle's broken heart. Williams' best known plays include A Streetcar Named Desire, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and The Glass Menagerie.
Talkback Sundays
Ticketholders attending Sunday afternoon performances on June 12 & 26, and July 3 & 17 are welcome to participate in an informal Q&A discussion with members of the show.
